In Switzerland, we are a team of 12 (but we aim to grow with your help). auticon Swiss is positioned as a high-quality IT consulting partner, placing autistic consultants with mid to senior-level experience into long-term engagements. 90% of our consultants score above average in cognitive assessments. Our consultants typically work at client sites or remotely for several months to multiple years, embedded in teams and carefully matched to client needs through a consultative, relationship-driven approach. 

The role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Sales & Business Development Lead to drive growth and client relationships in Switzerland. 


 Your core responsibility is developing new business and selling our IT consulting services to clients who value quality, inclusion, and long-term partnerships. 
This is not a transactional sales role—it’s about building trust, shaping partnerships, understanding client needs, and ensuring lasting client satisfaction. 


You’ll be a key member of the Swiss management team, working closely with our Job Coach and Operations Lead, while contributing to the global business development network. You will report to the Regional CEO (DACH), based in Germany, and represent auticon externally with the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership role over time. 

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead sales and business development in Switzerland
  • Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships, based on trust and value
  • Represent auticon at events, conferences, and in relevant networks
  • Own the entire client lifecycle:
    • Identify opportunities
    • Present suitable consultant profiles
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals
    • Coordinate onboarding with job coaching and operations team
    • Stay in regular contact for client satisfaction, renewals and new needs
  • Translate market trends and client input into:
    • Upskilling recommendations for our consultants
    • Hiring input on needed profiles
  • Help shape the Swiss market strategy and our positioning
  • Support or lead selected global key accounts
Your profile
  • Proven experience in IT consulting sales, technical business development, or a related commercial role in a technology-driven environment
  • Deep understanding of the Swiss market and business culture
  • Fluent in Swiss German and English
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative, non-transactional approach
  • A strong C-level network in Switzerland is a clear advantage
  • Confident in speaking with technical stakeholders and understanding their context (you don’t need to code, but you should know how to ask the right questions)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—you enjoy building things, not just managing them
  • Strong curiosity and interest in neurodiversity and inclusive work environments (experience working with neurodivergent teams is a plus but not required)
